Crown Caps
Crown caps are the worldwide standard for sealing beer and soft drink bottles. Strong, easy to process and reliable in sealing — for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.
Keizer International supplies crown caps in standard sizes and advises on the right combination of size, liner and bottle neck for your filling process.
• 26 mm — The most widely used size for standard beer and soft drink bottles.
• 29 mm — Widely used for larger bottles, such as 75 cl beer bottles and specialty beer packaging.
A twist-off crown cap version is also available, allowing the bottle to be opened without an opener.
• Tin (Tin Plated Steel) — Tin-plated steel with a protective coating. Suitable for high-quality printing and a glossy finish.
• TFS (Tin Free Steel) — Steel without a tin layer, with alternative coating. Suitable for various finishes and applications.
The choice of material affects appearance, printing and corrosion resistance. The exterior is finished with a protective lacquer matched to the chosen material.
• Printing in multiple colours
• Various finishes and gloss levels
• Printing with logo or custom design
Our specialists advise you on the design and the choice of material and finish, tailored to your brand and application.
Crown caps are primarily used as closures for glass bottles, but are also suitable for plastic and aluminium bottles with the appropriate neck.
